Admissions

Dear Parents /Carers,

You are warmly invited to our Open Evening on Tuesday, 8th October 6pm. The
evening will consist of a presentation by myself, the Head Boy and Head
Girl and two new Year 7 students. This will be followed by the opportunity
to visit and spend time in each department.

Chatsmore do not have a catchment area, all applications are ranked
according to category your child comes under in our Admissions Policy and
then distance to the school. *You do not need to be Catholic to attend
Chatsmore and currently, 50% of our students are from non-Catholic
backgrounds.*

In order to ensure your child is placed in the correct category please
complete and return the Supplementary Information Form (SIF) to us. If
your child is baptised (Catholic, CofE etc), or is a member of a church,
please also include copy of certificate or letter from priest/pastor etc,
as this puts your child in a higher category.

Please note that there will also be three Open Mornings which are an
opportunity to visit the school during the school day and be taken on a
tour. Our Open Morning tours are on Wednesday 9th, Thursday 17th and Friday
18th October 9am. Both parents / carers and Year 6 students are welcome.
There is no need to book, please arrive and our student ambassadors will
meet you in reception.

We look forward to meeting you at one of our forthcoming events.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Byrne
